I tried to paint a ceiling (fail)
Someday in the far future, I want to have my own hotel. Maybe not as fancy as a hotel. But some spaces in unique locations which I can sublet: serviced and furnished.
This is what a Thai eats every day
In this video, I show you what people in Thailand could eat on an ordinary day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and as a snack or desert. The day starts off with Khao Thom for breakfast; that's rice soup with fresh herbs and some meatballs. With having street food in Thailand, it's very common that you will have to perfect the dish to your taste.
The one mistake you make with an ATM in Thailand
In Thailand, the ATM situation is a bit different than we are used to in Holland, and many other countries I've visited. Thai ATM have a little secret. Here's a short fun short video that shows the difference.
Having too high expectations when traveling
I always have too high expectations of things. Especially when I travel. And often times, luck is on my side.

This is a short little video where I try to express why I wanted to travel. For me, traveling is not about laying on a beach, sipping on cocktails. I want to do what the locals do.
This was my very first vlog
This was my very first vlog. Shot, edited and uploaded in one day. What a pain in the ass it was.
Prize-winning Botanic Garden in Thailand
My little niece recently turned two. And the one thing she loves the most is watching real life animals, though most of the times she's scared of them. Together with my mom, my sister, Hakim, and myself we visited Thailand's award winning botanical garden "Nong Nooch" near Pattaya.
We had some time to kill
Because we bought the cheapest ticket we could find, from Cologne in Germany to Bangkok via Phuket in Thailand, we had to deal with a 8 hour layover in Phuket. Because we didn't know what to do. We took a taxi and went out and about.
This was my very first video
After selling everything we've got, Hakim and I started our journey to the unknown. We had bought a video camera, two one-way tickets to Bangkok, and some time to figure out what we wanted to do. Without a clear plan, we knew we wanted to do something with videomaking.
